THE MASTER PLAN PHASE.1.

Following an in-depth consultation and site visit, Sarah will establish the Design Brief along with the client.

This forms the basis of the overall design, THE MASTERPLAN

Using a professional land survey Sarah will sketch out an initial concept which is discussed with the clients. This is then worked up into the Masterplan and an estimate of costs can be calculated based on chosen materials.
